"feeling" kinda gross

I was in a one person public restroom this evening, and across from me on the wall was a baby changing station, like this, all neatly folded up. On the bottom, I just happened to notice something that REALLY grossed me out.

Am I the only one? I do not think public restroom baby changing station and braille directions right on it mix. Eek.
